Rob is an established real estate developer with a proven track record spanning nearly 30 years. He is best known for his 10 year leadership of the internationally regarded Battersea Power Station project.

Rob started his career at The Berkeley Group plc where he led the 3.5m sqft award winning Gunwharf Quays development in Portsmouth.
In 2002, Rob joined Ireland’s largest real estate company responsible for over 50 live development projects including their flagship Spencer Dock project in Dublin. In 2006, he moved to Shanghai and successfully set up the £750m CREO investment fund listed on the LSE in 2007.
In 2008, Rob returned to the UK to lead the £10bn redevelopment of Battersea Power Station where he successfully led the 150 strong team, finally making the 10m sqft challenging project a reality.
He was formerly a director of REO plc and CREO plc, both listed on the LSE.
Andrea has 25 years’ experience in the European real estate industry with over €12bn of transactions executed. He started his career at JP Morgan in 1999 where he joined the commercial real estate lending desk.

During his tenure he covered a variety of roles, including large loan financing, CMBS structuring and distribution.
In 2006 he moved to the principle finance team where he acquired NPLs portfolios and distressed assets.
In 2007 he joined DWS (known as RREEF at that time), part of Deutsche Bank, with focus on European acquisitions and opportunistic investments.
In 2015 Andrea set up the DWS Real Estate Debt lending platforms raising €2.5bn in capital and over €2bn in assets under management.
